Good scent, shipping was slow

I ordered the Coconut Lava Extrait de Parfum after hearing some good things. The scent itself is really lovely, very unique and lasts a while. It came well-packaged too. My only real complaint was the shipping; it took about eight days to arrive, which felt a bit long for a domestic order. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, though, so that was a plus. Overall, a good product but they could improve on delivery times.

Nice everyday fragrance

Got one of the Botanical Perfume Oils a bit ago. It's pretty chill, nothing too overpowering, which I like for work. Smells natural, not fake or anything. It showed up when they said it would, so that was smooth. No drama, just a nice little scent that does the job.

I'm in SoCal and mine took about a week, maybe 8 days? I think it depends on when you order, but it wasn't super fast but not crazy slow either.

Yeah, I think standard shipping is usually 5-7 business days. If you need it sooner you might want to email them directly to ask if express is an option, but I don't remember seeing it at checkout myself.

Yep, all natural ingredients and totally vegan. It's a big part of their whole brand, so I'd trust it. They're definitely on the 'clean beauty' side of things.

I think you can return it if it's unopened or unused within a certain timeframe, like 30 days? You should double check their policy page, but I remember seeing something about it.

Yeah, you can return it but I think it has to be in new condition. Best bet is to get a sample or a discovery set first to be safe, especially with the bigger bottles. That's what I did!

Oh yeah, totally different vibe than Phlur. I have Coconut Lava and it's super rich and lasts forever. Way more natural smelling too, if that's what you're into. Phlur feels a bit more mainstream to me.

I tried the discovery set and was really impressed. Definitely more unique than a lot of the 'clean' brands. The scents are pretty potent though, so a little goes a long way. Got a few compliments on the botanical oil one!

I tried to stack them once and it wouldn't let me. The free shipping over $100 usually just kicks in automatically though, so that's nice even if you use another code.
